Riad Operations and Accounting Platform
A management and accounting platform for an independent riad with its own restaurant. It replaced an Excel workflow where reception data was copied by hand into the owner’s workbook.
The problem
Reception filled one file, the manager rebuilt the numbers in another. Revenue, expenses, receivables from booking platforms and cash were reconciled by hand at the end of each month.
Our approach
Reception enters each day once. Everything else is derived from it: revenue, receivables by channel, cash and bank balances, statistics and the monthly reports the owner needs.
The platform grew version by version with the riad, into the restaurant, the stock room and housekeeping.
What we built
A daily reception screen, finance with month-end closing and an audit log, more than a dozen A4 reports, restaurant order apps with a public daily menu, food stock and purchasing, two-person housekeeping checks, and a guest check-in form in eight languages.
