Operations software for tourism companies in Morocco: transfer operators, excursion companies, travel agencies and DMCs. Each trip or circuit is one operational dossier, and each company only sees the modules its business needs.
The problem
A single airport transfer touches a quote, a booking, a driver, a vehicle, a supplier confirmation and a payment. In most agencies these live in different spreadsheets and phone threads.
Our approach
We followed the chain the way an operations manager does: supplier rates, quote, booking, dispatch, the day itself, then the money. Every step reads from and writes to the same dossier.
The product exists as a multi-company SaaS and as a standalone edition installed for a single company on its own domain, with its own branding.
What we built
A quote builder with three-language PDFs, a dispatch board with a conflict engine, a live operations map, and installable apps for drivers and guides that keep working offline.
