Rental Fleet Management Platform
A rental management platform built for Moroccan car rental agencies. Every rental becomes one complete digital dossier: quote, reservation, customer checks, contract, inspections, payments and deposit.
The problem
Rental agencies juggle a planning board, paper contracts, deposit notes and a separate till. The fleet, the money and the customer history rarely agree with each other.
Overbooking, forgotten deposits and missing damage records cost agencies money and trust.
Our approach
We built around one principle: one rental, one dossier. Everything an agent does, from the first quote to the return inspection, attaches to that dossier.
The same platform serves many independent agencies, each with its own data, roles, plan and modules.
What we built
A fleet planning calendar with conflict prevention, inspection wizards made for a phone in the car park, contracts generated in three languages, and a finance layer that tracks every payment and deposit.
Each agency also gets its own public booking engine and a customer portal.

Split payments, deposit lifecycle, invoices, receipts, expenses and cash register sessions.
Customer records
Moroccan ID documents, additional drivers, risk flags and a private blacklist per agency.
Multi-company SaaS layer
Plans, per-company modules and limits, roles and permissions, audit and backups.
Public booking engine
A booking flow for each agency, with a token-based customer portal.
