Healthcare Practice Platform
Practice management software for private doctors, multi-doctor practices and medical centres in Morocco. Its core is live coordination: reception confirms an arrival and the patient appears in the doctor’s waiting room immediately.
The problem
In a busy practice, the doctor and the front desk coordinate by shouting, by phone or by paper slips. Patient history is scattered and prescriptions are rewritten by hand.
Our approach
We designed the platform as the operating system of the practice rather than an appointment book. Each role gets its own view of the same live state, and each specialty only activates the modules it needs.
What we built
A real-time waiting room shared by reception and doctors, a structured patient file, four prescription workflows with numbered PDFs, and a separate console that manages practices, specialties and reference catalogues.
We also designed and built the bilingual marketing website.

Arrivals confirmed at reception appear on the doctor’s dashboard in real time, and status flows back.
Structured patient file
History, consultations, chronic treatments, vaccinations, documents, insurance and payments.
Prescriptions
Medication, biology, imaging and paramedical workflows with versioned, numbered PDFs.
Specialty modules
Modules activated per medical specialty by the platform administrator.
Catalogue imports
Medication catalogue import with column mapping, preview and versioned activation.
Practice management
Payments, expenses, equipment and supplies with expiry and stock thresholds.
