The problem
In a print shop, a job moves between sales, prepress, machines, finishing and delivery. Without a system, nobody knows what is late, what each job really cost or how much cash came in today.
Our approach
We designed two experiences: a complete back office for sales and management, and a phone-first workshop app where operators start, pause and finish each stage, even without a connection.
What we built
Quotes, orders, invoices and payments, a live production board, job costing with estimated versus actual margin, stock per job, deliveries with signatures, reports, verified backups and an owner portal.
